Many of my Edmonton clients return year after year for their family photos, and I am so grateful for that. You see, I fall in love with every family I meet. I work to create art that will last for a lifetime. A lifetime of cuddles, a lifetime of giggles, and a lifetime of snuggles. As your children grow they become very interested in their place in the world. They are enchanted by images of themselves when they are younger, amazed at how much they have grown. Also, having images of themselves in such a loving way only adds to their self esteem, it shows them that they matter, and that they are truly loved. So often I have heard from my clients how happy they are to have their images up on their walls. These little moments become sources of every-day-joy, and are reminders that no matter what your life is tossing at you, you are loved.
Family sessions are super fun! They are full of snuggles, tickle fights, we even play tag sometimes. I want to capture your family as you truly are. Your family session is roughly about an hour long and is best held outdoors and in the late afternoon, or evening. Even with your child at a young age I will try to convince you to try and make bed time a little later than usual to capture that golden setting sunlight in your images. I always encourage you to wear colours that compliment each other, rather than matching. Nothing is worse than looking like you might all be wearing a uniform. I cannot wait till we are able to create lasting memories of your family.
