What to Expect
We’re excited to create professional headshots that help you make a lasting impression! Here’s everything you need to know before your session:
One Outfit: Each session includes time for one outfit. While it's one outfit, feel free to switch up layers such as jackets, cardigans, or accessories to create different looks within the session time. We recommend solid colors or subtle patterns that align with your personal or corporate branding.
Hair & Makeup: Professional styling is not provided, so we suggest arriving camera-ready. Light powder or oil control can help reduce shine for a polished look.
Retouching Options: Standard editing includes color correction, skin softening, and light blemish touch-ups. If you’d like full blemish removal or more detailed edits, please let us know at the time of booking.
Group Sessions (In-Studio & On-Location): To ensure efficiency, all team members must be scheduled on the same day with consecutive time slots. Additional fees may apply if multiple setup times are needed.
On-Location Sessions: We bring the studio to you, complete with professional lighting and backdrop options. A suitable indoor space with enough room for setup is required. If uncertain, we’re happy to discuss space requirements in advance. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Edmonton.
Turnaround Time: Your proofing gallery will be available within 5 business days, and final retouched images will be delivered within 7 business days after selections are made. Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
Booking & Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking for individual sessions. For group bookings, a deposit is required to secure the session, with the balance due on the session day.
